Taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling. Here I have made some crispy vegetarian tacos with a wheat wrap. It is definitely a go to dish for those who want a quick and healthy snack!

- For Taco Sheet
Wheat flour – 150 gm
All purpose flour(Maida) – 75 gms
Olive oil – 2 tbs
Salt to taste
- For The Filling
Kidney beans (boiled) – 200 gms
Sweet corn (boiled) – 200 gms
Capsicum (small) – 1 In number
Onion – 1 in number
Tomato – 1 in number
Garlic clove (Big) – 1 in number
Barbecue sauce – 1 tbs
Chilly sauce – 1 tbs
Oregano – 3/4 tsp
Mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup
- For Guacamole
Avocado – 1 in number
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Salt to taste
Directions
- Prepare the Taco sheets by adding 1 cup of wheat flour , 1/2 cup of maida, 1/4 cup of water ,1 tbs of olive oil and salt as per taste . Knead well to make soft dough
- Prepare the filling with boiled kidney beans ,boiled corn, capsicum, onion ,garlic, tomato ,chilly flakes, barbecue sauce a chilly sauce and oregano
- Prepare Guacamole ( Avocado paste) by adding pepper, lemon juiced salt to avocado
- Spread the Mozzarella cheese on the half portion of the prepared Taco sheet
- Place the Bean filling as the next layer
- Spread the Guacamole on top of it
- Once again top the filling with cheese
- Fold it to one side
- Press it gently
- Roast both the sides till it turns crispy golden brown

Notes
- Select ripe avocados only. If it is not ripe there will be a sour taste and will be difficult to mash
- Canned Beans can also be used
